Intentional Living Series

This is my sharing and insights on Intentional Living. It is a continuous improvement journey that I would like to share with my friends and readers of this blog. 

  1. Crossroad – identifying where  you  are  in  your  life, giving  yourself  permission  to  dream  again,  and  know  why  you  are  doing  it.
  2. Rebuild – knowing your values and living in congruent with them, overcome your limiting beliefs, changing to a positive mindset, and forgiving yourself as you move on.
    • Our Values as Building Blocks – rebuilding our identity based on our values and living in congruent with them
    • Climb Your Mountains – identifying the limiting beliefs that are subconsciously sabotaging our successes
    • Changing My Mindset – having the mindset of Abundance, the Attitude of Gratitude and knowing your brilliance!
    • Forgive Thyself – releasing yourself from the prison of unforgiveness, love yourself by forgiving yourself
  3. Establish – establishing  who you are and being uniquely you.
    • Dare to be YOU – seek out and establish the boldest version of YOU
    • Uniquely YOU – transform your past experiences and people in your past to become the masterpiece of who you are uniquely
    • Your Game Plan – play to win in life, not just play not to lose
    • Surpass Your Limits – overcome your beliefs to surpass your limits
  4. Action Plan – taking  steps  towards  action.
    • Setting Power Goals – know the reason and benefits of setting your goals, and make decisions for your execution plans 
    • Vision Board – creating a powerful visualization tool to achieve your power goals
  5. Testing – start small with  mini-experiments,  then  go  beyond your limits.
    • Start Small – start small and have mini experiments to test your ideas
    • Test Your Limits -we need to push beyond our limits to find out our limits!
  6. Elevate – be growth oriented in your personal development, and know  where  you  are  headed  as  you move ahead in your life.
