This is my sharing and insights on Intentional Living. It is a continuous improvement journey that I would like to share with my friends and readers of this blog.
- Crossroad – identifying where you are in your life, giving yourself permission to dream again, and know why you are doing it.

- Climb Your Mountains – identifying the limiting beliefs that are subconsciously sabotaging our successes
- Changing My Mindset – having the mindset of Abundance, the Attitude of Gratitude and knowing your brilliance!
- Forgive Thyself – releasing yourself from the prison of unforgiveness, love yourself by forgiving yourself
- Establish – establishing who you are and being uniquely you.
- Dare to be YOU – seek out and establish the boldest version of YOU
- Uniquely YOU – transform your past experiences and people in your past to become the masterpiece of who you are uniquely
- Your Game Plan – play to win in life, not just play not to lose
- Surpass Your Limits – overcome your beliefs to surpass your limits
- Action Plan – taking steps towards action.
- Setting Power Goals – know the reason and benefits of setting your goals, and make decisions for your execution plans
- Vision Board – creating a powerful visualization tool to achieve your power goals
- Testing – start small with mini-experiments, then go beyond your limits.
